Jamison took all of the guesswork out of planning, seating/table arrangement and linen length suggestions (even recommending removing items we thought we needed). Very responsive to all calls and even made time to schedule a stop-in to make sure the linen colors didn't clash with each other and complimented the centerpieces. Prompt arrival, great (fast and efficient) workers for both set-up and tear-down - Carsen and Caleb were great! Very polite and cordial. Did I mention they were hard workers? Used Jamison’s for my wedding and it was amazing!! The tent was the perfect size and the tables and chairs all fit perfect with the dance floor and heater as well! The sides helped keep it warm inside since it was chilly and rainy outside! I was even able to fit my 2 12’ skeletons inside. Highly recommend Jamison’s and will be using them in the future!

Jamison's was great. They did all the work for us. Setting up and tearing down everything. The folks who came to set up were professional. They even got a hold of me the day before my event (the day after they set everything up) to make sure the tent was still holding as it had rained the night before. Very good all around experience

Is setup included?

Yes, setup is included with all of our tents. Our team will also leave tables and chairs in a default layout under the tent. Depending on the distance from us, there may be a delivery charge. However, deliveries in the Midland area are free.

What Is Needed To Reserve For My Party?

To Confirm The Reservation For Your Event, You Can Easily Confirm The Quote, E-Sign The Contract, And Make The 50% Initial Payment To Hold The Reservation From The Quote Email That We Will Send You.

What do I need to do to get ready?

We will reach out to you the week of the event with a time window that we will arrive to setup. Have the setup location picked out ahead of time, have the lawn mowed, and any dog poop cleaned from the setup area. We may refuse to setup the tent if there is excess dog poop in the setup area.

Can I book online?

Yes! You can easily book online by adding the rentals or package that you would like to book to your cart and checking out. The cart is on the bottom right of the screen and will work on any item across the entire site.

Can the tent be setup on my driveway?

Yes, we have several tents in different sizes that can be setup on a driveway, parking lot, or other hard surfaces. Many of our tents that are included in our packages are pole tents that we setup on grass. If you are planning to setup on a driveway, please make sure we know so that we can ensure you have the correct tent.

Do I need to be home for setup?

While it is beneficial to be able to show us where to setup the tent at. However, you do not need to be present for setup. You can make arrangements ahead of time with the setup location, or use flag markers to show the setup location.

What if I cannot be home for delivery?

If you cannot be present for setup, either make arrangements so we know where to setup/drop off or use flag markers to show the tent location. If we do not know where to setup, our installation team will choose the best location for installation.

Are sides included for the tent?

Sides are available as an add on for any of our tents. 

How do I know what size tent I need for my open house?

The rule of thumb is to have enough seating for 1/3 to 1/2 of your total guests for open house events. This number may change based on if your guests like to hang out and linger or if they are just dropping by.

Can I pick my delivery time?

In order to make it to all of our deliveries we make our schedule to be as fuel and time efficient as we can. You may request a time and we may be able to work around it but there is no guarantee.

Do you carry tables and chairs on stairs?

No, we do not carry tables and chairs up or down flights of stairs.
