Yes, setup is included with all of our tents. Our team will also leave tables and chairs in a default layout under the tent. Depending on the distance from us, there may be a delivery charge. However, deliveries in the Midland area are free.
To Confirm The Reservation For Your Event, You Can Easily Confirm The Quote, E-Sign The Contract, And Make The 50% Initial Payment To Hold The Reservation From The Quote Email That We Will Send You.
We will reach out to you the week of the event with a time window that we will arrive to setup. Have the setup location picked out ahead of time, have the lawn mowed, and any dog poop cleaned from the setup area. We may refuse to setup the tent if there is excess dog poop in the setup area.
Yes! You can easily book online by adding the rentals or package that you would like to book to your cart and checking out. The cart is on the bottom right of the screen and will work on any item across the entire site.
Yes, we have several tents in different sizes that can be setup on a driveway, parking lot, or other hard surfaces. Many of our tents that are included in our packages are pole tents that we setup on grass. If you are planning to setup on a driveway, please make sure we know so that we can ensure you have the correct tent.
While it is beneficial to be able to show us where to setup the tent at. However, you do not need to be present for setup. You can make arrangements ahead of time with the setup location, or use flag markers to show the setup location.
If you cannot be present for setup, either make arrangements so we know where to setup/drop off or use flag markers to show the tent location. If we do not know where to setup, our installation team will choose the best location for installation.
Sides are available as an add on for any of our tents.
The rule of thumb is to have enough seating for 1/3 to 1/2 of your total guests for open house events. This number may change based on if your guests like to hang out and linger or if they are just dropping by.
In order to make it to all of our deliveries we make our schedule to be as fuel and time efficient as we can. You may request a time and we may be able to work around it but there is no guarantee.
